Managing Partner Rafał Pytlak is a legal advisor who specialises in resolving disputes over business succession, transformation and restructuring (the nominal value of cases in progress exceeds PLN 7 billion). He advises clients on commercial transactions carried out between both domestic and international entities.

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Mr Pytlak graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Center for American Law Studies (University of Florida).
