Tax advisor with a rich history of business expertise in the most complex legal and economic/financial aspects business activities.

Cooperates with central governmental and local authorities, public bodies and business organizations, commissions and committees specializing in tax issues. In 1989-2003 held the position of Department Director at the Ministry of Finance and later, Deputy Minister of Finance. Lecturer with experience of more than twenty years in the field of public finance at the Warsaw School of Economics and at the University of Warsaw. Author of nine books and about two hundred monographs devoted to financial law. Received many awards, distinctions and also high rankings among tax advisors.
